Project Manager needed for a multinational defence engineering organisation based in Farnborough who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Project Manager that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of agile/waterfall project management methodologies within a commercial environment.

The successful candidate would desirably have a relevant degree - i.e. Business management or equivalent or another relevant qualification.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Project Manager will include:

• Delivery of products, solutions, and IP projects using agile, water, and/or minimum viable product methodologies.
• Driving business change initiatives.
• Resolving conflicts within the project and collaborating across the business.
• Maintenance of forecasts for sales and delivery.
• Reporting progress on all accountabilities to programme / portfolio manager.
• Ensuring correct entry and maintenance of data onto all relevant business systems. Operating in a Safe & Secure manner.
• Embedding a culture in line with the company's values.
• Ensuring project members operate in line with the Operating Framework & functional competency management requirements; and have appropriate personal objectives.
• Application of governance requirements.

What experience you need to be the successful Project Manager:

• 2+ years of agile and/or waterfall delivery experience essential.
• Good stakeholder management experience.
• Open to industry, commercial experience desirable.
• Eligibility for UK SC Security Clearance.
