Project Manager needed for a leading organisation based in Crawley, West Sussex, who are looking to employ an experienced Project Manager, to deliver digital projects for internal project delivery within the digital team, with an in-depth knowledge of Project Management, Jira, MS project, PMO and Agile.

The Project Manager salary & Benefits include:

* Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
* 24 day's holiday + Bank Holidays

Some of the main duties of the Project Manager will include:

* Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project strategy, adjustments, and progress through the Program Board
* Facilitate with BAs end-user requirements gathering through to sign-off approval
* Manage the PMO log and resource allocation to ensure delivery against plan
* Facilitate and plan sprint releases for the Business Information Team
* Utilise best industry standards and techniques throughout project delivery
* Measure performance and always look for areas of improvement
* Manage the introduction of other workstreams into the program board and share PM knowledge across areas of the business's workstreams

In order to be the successful Project Manager and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

* Previous experience as a Project Manager
* Proficient in the use of MS Project
* Proficient in the use of Jira software
* Proven ability to complete projects against scope, timeline & budget
* Experience in corporate PMO
* Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage conflict and change management
* Strong self-management and organisation skills
