An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join an award winning residential developer on a major mixed use development based in East London. They will be based on an exciting scheme comprising of residential towers, leisure, retail and commercial space.
As a Project Manager you will form part of the management team on this flagship residential scheme. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the residential towers, motivating and mentoring a team of construction managers through the delivery phase.

The Project Manager will need 10-15 years previous experience gained in preferably a mixture of both a leading developer and main contracting environment. The Project Manager must have previous major project experience, a track record in delivering mixed use schemes valued £200m plus. In addition they will need demonstrate previous high rise experience and preferably been involved on residential schemes over 1,000 units.
Candidate
- 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Previous High Rise, over 500 units experience preferred
- Experience on major construction projects valued £200m plus
- Mixed Use Development experience - Residential & Commercial
- Preferably mix of Developer & Main Contracting background
- First class communication skills
- Construction related qualification - Degree/HND/HNC
- Stable career history
