Project Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join an established and busy main contractor in Chessington. The Project Quantity Surveyor will quickly become a significant member of the team, taking responsibility for a wide variety of surveying duties on a diverse and interesting list of projects within the commercial, sports, residential, education and ecclesiastical sectors.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be expected to manage up to 3 project simultaneously, each with a contract value of between £3m and £10m. Some of your key duties will include:

• Sub Contract Procurement & Tender Analysis
• Valuations
• Final Accounts
• Agreement of subcontractors accounts
• CVR's

The Project Quantity Surveyor will need to have previously worked on building projects of a similar value for a UK based main contractor. You'll need to be confident when working directly with clients and stakeholders, personable, a team player, commercially minded and confident when working with minimum supervision.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be offered a generous salary & package that includes:

• Starting salary of up to £70,000 to £90,000
• Car allowance
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• NEST Pension
• Payment of professional fees (i.e. RICS)
