Property Manager, North West London
£35,000 + Package
An expanding property development company are seeking a Property Manager to join their London team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Update job and market knowledge
Candidate profile:
- Experience of working as a Property Manager with a sound understanding of the property management duties.
- In depth knowledge of regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office Suite
