Quality Assurance Manager
(Permanent)
Quality Assurance Manager needed for a highly reputable, multinational defence and aerospace organization based in Ampthill. My client is looking for a driven and experienced Quality Assurance Manager with experience of managing Quality Engineers within the defence and aerospace industry. They will need to lead a team of Quality Engineers in terms of priorities and driving improvements.
The required skills and qualifications of the Quality Assurance Manager:
For this role in particular the Quality Assurance Manager should have:
- ISO9001/AS9000 experience
- Experience of managing people in a high pressure production environment
- Experience of quality management and non-conformance process
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally
- Excellent IT skills in particular MS office
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on that data
The desired skills/qualities of the Quality Assurance manager:
- Experience of SAP
- Auditing experience
- Experience of defence/aerospace environments
- The Quality Assurance Manager needs to be eligible for SC clearance or hold it currently.
