An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join the growing specialist division of a leading name in the UK construction industry. They will join a dynamic team that are responsible for delivering major construction projects, complex distribution centres for key names in the online retail industry.
The Quality Manager will be a key member of the team, they will be responsible for overseeing the quality management of projects across the UK. This is a hybrid role where there will split their working week between live projects circa 2 days per week and the remainder working remotely or out of one of their regional offices.

Responsibilities
- Ensure ISO accreditations are retained aligning best practice, procedures and policies. Liaising with internal and external parties.
- Provide leadership for regulatory, quality, systems and best practice compliance and initiatives.
- Maintain and oversee the development and implementation of Management Systems
- Safeguard the Company position at all times by driving compliance with the Quality Policy and the associated Integrated Management System.
- Proactively work with managers to promote a culture of compliance and best practice across the business.
- Support the business to achieve compliance by inducting, training, specialist advice and coaching to employees and management on all quality, systems and best practice matters.
- Undertake quality audits and inspections against planned arrangements.
- Manage the external and internal audit process and any reaccreditation processes.
- Regular reporting quality, systems and best practice and activity.
- Ensure project teams have the necessary technical understanding of site activities.
- Collaboratively work with project and technical teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Drive best practice and lessons learnt.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to circa £65,000 per annum plus an attractive benefits package that includes a car allowance of £7,000 per annum, pension, healthcare, life assurance, private medical, bonus, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays and other great benefits.
