£45,000 to £58,000 + car & package
I have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading, privately owned infrastructure contractors as they look to strengthen their commercial team delivering high profile projects across the power, water, infrastructure & renewable energy sectors in the South East.
With yearly revenues of nearly £800m and an order book of nearly £1bn, they're looking for commercially aware, technically sound and client facing Quantity Surveyors to join their team delivering projects for clients including UKPN, Network Rail, National Grid, HS2, TfL, Crossrail and many others.
The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a large commercial team and undertaking pre & post contract duties including:
- Preparation of tender documents
- Contract management
- Subcontract management
- Cost reporting
- Assist with the preparation of CVR's
- Payment of suppliers & subcontractors
- Final account negotiation

Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have experience working in a contracting environment on projects including new build power, water, rail, utilities maintenance or similar. You'll need to have a sound understanding of the NEC contract alongside excellent communication skills and the drive to continue to learn about your profession and the industry on the whole.
