An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading main contractor for a Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist plant & fleet hire business in Derby. The opportunity would be well suited to a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge of a good Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for their next step up.
Some of the Quantity Surveyors key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying areas where costs can be improved
- Contract administration
- Managing client changes and the associated costs
- Minimising commercial risks
- Provide commercial support to the businesses leads
Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must be commercially astute with good contract knowledge and strong communication skills.
