An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist main contractor delivering mission critical projects across Europe. This particular role will see you joining the site based team in Sweden, constructing a large facility for a US technology business. The role promises the support of an experienced management team, exposure to a large complex project for a major client and a competitive salary & package.

The Quantity Surveyor will be managing a number of packages across the project with your key duties & responsibilities to include:

• Procuring subcontractor package
• Managing supplier & subcontractor packages and subcontractor variations
• Prepare monthly valuations and final accounts
• Support the Commercial Lead where required

Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have previous experience working for a main contractor on similar mission critical projects (e.g. healthcare, data centres, energy infrastructure and similar). You'll also need excellent communication, organisational and time management skills and be willing to work away from home on a fly in/fly out basis (10 days on / 3 days off)
