£45,000 to £60,000 + travel & package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing main contractor in Croydon. The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a business that has a solid track record of delivering a variety of projects for both private & public sector clients with build costs typically between £3m and £10m.
The Quantity Surveyor will be splitting their time between home, the office and sites whilst working closely with a project team that includes a Project Director, Contracts Manager, Project Managers and the rest of the Commercial Team. As the Quantity Surveyor, your role will be to ensure the sound commercial delivery of the project from procurement through to final account negotiation.
The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a business that has continued to grow by building trusting, long lasting relationships with a number of key clients across the education, healthcare, leisure, commercial, retail and logistics sectors. The role promises exposure to a wide array of different projects, no limits on career progression and ongoing training and development.
