£45,000 to £50,000 + car & package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a large, well regarded main contractor at their offices in the North East. The Quantity Surveyor will be supporting the site based team with the delivery of large new build housing and residential projects with build costs of between £20m and £50m.
As the Quantity Surveyor, some of your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Procurement of subcontractors
- Contract negotiation
- Sub contract management
- Processing applications for payment
- Supporting the Assistant QS
- Cost reporting
- Assisting the SQS with the preparation of monthly CVR's
