Quantity Surveyor (Quantum)
£40k to £60k + bonus & package
An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a background or keen interest in construction dispute management has arisen with one of the industries leading dispute & expert services practices in Central London. With offices in London, the Middle East and mainland Europe, my client works on complex disputes for clients with building and property interests across a wide array of sectors including airports, high-rise buildings, energy & renewables, mining, marine, hospitality, leisure, rail and much more.
As a Quantity Surveyor focused on Quantum, you'll be working closely with an experienced team of industry leading professionals on complex disputes both in the UK and abroad. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Forensic analysis
- Providing support to the industries top quantum experts on international arbitration & litigation
- Supporting the production of CPR-compliant expert reports
- Sharing knowledge across projects
- Supporting the delivery of other services between different commissions
