Resource Manager
Rate: £75 - £85 per hour
Location: Frimley / Camberley, Surrey (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 months initially

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join a Programme Management Office supporting engineering and project teams delivering aircraft modification programmes. This role focuses on planning, allocating, and optimising resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate resources across engineering and project teams
- Balance workloads and maintain project timelines and critical paths
- Support development of baseline plans for new and ongoing work
- Improve resource planning processes, tools, and team responsiveness
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
Key Skills Required
- Strong resource management and capacity planning experience
- Solid project management understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in resource planning, project management, or similar
- Experience with planning tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
- Ability to work onsite in Surrey (Frimley) at least 3 days per week
- Right to work in the UK (basic background check required)
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start/finish times (core hours 09:00-16:00).
