Reward Administration Team Leader

(FTC 12-18months)

Reward Administration Team Leader needed for a highly reputable defence and aerospace organisation based in Havant. My clients are looking to employ a driven and experienced Reward Administration Team Leader to manage the team to ensure Reward programme administration and processes are aligned to the hire to retire philosophy and are in keeping with the HR transformation activities for all countries across the region. The Reward Administration Team Leader will manage the administration team and have oversight of the benefit technology and programmes across the EMEA region.

The specific Job description of the Reward Administration Team Leader:

For this role in particular the Reward Administration Team Leader will:

  • Liaise and engage with providers and brokers to ensure that benefit processes are compliant with local market and regulatory frameworks. This may include capturing the level of annual contributions paid into a pension in a specific country and having to report on that to a local regulatory body.
  • Provide support to onboarding activities, including communication of benefits and processes to new starters, as well as supporting employees who make changes to their benefit coverage.
  • Design and maintain Metrics dashboards to help develop strategy and demonstrate ROI, capturing costs of programmes and reporting back to Reward partners and business areas.
  • Support the development of programmes following recommendations from Senior Benefit Analyst/Reward Partner and ensuring that the benefit process remains relevant and aligned to the developing EVP.
  • Support HR/Reward initiatives (both country specific and enterprise-wide) and provide input into program design and process improvement, specifically looking at harmonisation of programmes with respect to business wins and acquisitions/TUPE transfers.
  • Other project work as directed by Reward leadership.

The required skills of the Reward Administration Team Leader :

Specifically, the Reward Administration Team Leader will need:

  • Experience of team management in a Reward environment.
  • Experience of international benefits and maintaining or developing benefit processes in support of wider corporate strategies.
  • Using management information to understand trends and drive support and engagement of health and wellbeing products to support employee wellbeing across the region.
  • Experience of delivering creative business focused solutions.
  • Experience of creating and developing market aligned benefit programmes that adhere to local market practice as well as supporting wider corporate benefit strategies.
  • Proven use of market data sources (Mercer/WTW) and other benefit benchmark and practice tools.
  • Knowledge of UK benefits and DB/DC pension arrangements.
  • Knowledge of benefit budgeting, data reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to support a team in managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse data and deliver appropriate information to various knowledge levels through different media.
