Reward Analyst needed for a highly reputable and leading Defence organisation based in Portsmouth who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Reward Analyst to transform the company compensation plan Internationally.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Reward Analyst will include:

• Analysis of global market data to support the creation of pay ranges
• Conducting global external and internal reward related analysis to help to inform decision making
• Accurate and timely completion of reward related external surveys
• Supporting the successful delivery of the annual cycle of reward activities such as pay review and short-term incentives
• Ensuring HR systems and data are updated accurately.
• Represent International Reward Team on global compensation calls/meetings as required and debrief accordingly.

What experience you need to be a successful Reward Analyst:

• Flexibility to support within a global team
• Experience in Data gathering, analysis and problem solving
• Good decision-making ability to help achievement of goals and objectives of the organization
• Proficient Systems skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and understanding of database structures and report creation
• Strong communication skills, with ability to respond to queries clearly and concisely
• Operate as an effective team member
• Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work to achieve multiple, often conflicting, deadlines
• Support department workload requirements and provide back-up for co-workers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process and the appliance of Lean principles in all tasks
