We are seeking Safety Engineers and Consultants of ALL levels to join an expanding team.
From £30,000 all the way to £85,000 + Benefits, we are looking for UK defence industry experienced Safety Engineers.

We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide expert safety leadership and through-life safety support for critical programs within the UK Defence sector.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to MOD, Prime Contractors, and other key defence industry partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Providing specialist safety engineering advice (hazard analysis, risk evaluation, ALARP, Safety Cases).
· Influencing stakeholders and leading safety reviews on complex programmes.
· Mentoring junior consultants (senior roles).
· Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
· Supporting business development and bid preparation.
What We're Looking For:
· UK Citizenship (Essential for Defence security guidelines).
· Level 4 qualification in an Engineering discipline (System Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
· Experience in high-integrity industries (Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Transport).
· Expertise in safety engineering techniques (HAZID, safety case development, etc.).
· Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
