SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Crawley

Contract Term: 6 months

Day rate: £400-£430

Currently looking for a SAP CRM Functional Consultant to work for an organisation representing users in the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will be responsible for owning and supporting the CRM solution with a view to bring effective and best practice solutions for business efficiencies

Some of the main duties of the SAP CRM Functional Consultant will include:

  • Provide expert advice on SAP functionality. Be the SPOC for SAP CRM functions with SAP implementation
  • Suggest solutions based on best business practices so that Customer gets Business benefits by following these SAP processes
  • Understand business processes and parameters to be covered by SAP team challenging the working process to ensure the team makes best use of functionality
  • Understand Configuration to explain current set up and future enhancements
  • Generate functional specs where required and define the scope of work
  • Work in a team supporting SAP applications
  • Provide expertise with evaluation, solution design and implementation on new projects
  • Contribute to retrospective meetings to help maximise team efficiency
  • Help build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the entire organisation
  • Work with third party resources in delivering changes for SAP CRM landscape

Skills and qualifications of the SAP CRM Functional Consultant will include:

  • Able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport and engagement with key stakeholders across the business
  • Integrity, critical thinking and problem solving, intellectually inquisitive
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of works
  • Expert analytical abilities
  • Business process understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment and enthusiasm to drive through change

  • Confidence to challenge and be challenged in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to take direction and work to achieve deadlines
  • Expertise in CRM 7.3
  • Experience of integration with FICO, MM, SD
  • Experience of third party integration, webservices
  • Working knowledge of ABAP to enable problem solving
  • MS office skills
