Senior Application Support Analyst needed for a leading financial organisation based in Horsham, West Sussex who are looking to employ an experienced Application Support Analyst to monitor the health & stability of all applications with knowledge of T-SQL, report writing, bug management, ticket assignment, MS Office, excel, ITIL

Some of the main duties of the Senior Application Support Analyst will include:
* Monitoring the health and stability of all applications
* Report writing / BI
* Bug management
* Database analysis and data fixes
* Ownership of incidents through to resolution
* Assisting the Application Support Manager with day to day operation of the team
* Ticket assignment
* Promotes and adheres to ITIL Incident and Problem Management
* Adherence to change control policy & processes
What you need to be the successful Incident & Problem Manager:
* Beginner / Intermediate level of T-SQL and is able to manipulate data to produce efficient and accurate reports, or correct data issues affecting production databases
* Experience of monitoring applications and Azure cloud-based infrastructure
* An in-depth knowledge of MS Office, particularly on Excel
* Confidence and enthusiasm in embracing new technologies and learning new skills
* Technically inquisitive
* Able to communicate effectively with different areas of the business and different levels
