Senior Compliance Analyst

As we continue to grow and enhance our service offering, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our team and help us continue to offer this high standard of service.

As Senior Compliance Analyst. you will work closely with clients to provide regulatory assistance across various jurisdictions, assisting them with the development of policies, procedures and systems to meet their licence obligations. You will perform regular health checks on areas such as AML, responsible gambling, licence conditions and compliance oversight to determine how they are continuing to meet these obligations. You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Document and review clients' systems, processes and procedures and help obtain evidence that they are complying with their regulatory obligations
  • Offer guidance on the proper application and implementation of relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures
  • Identify and assess the risks affecting the clients, then create policies and procedures accordingly
  • Develop and compile routine compliance reports across the client base in conjunction with other internal departments as applicable
  • Review content and provide ad-hoc advice for the Compliance Academy
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to both clients and internal stakeholders relating to gaming legislation and implementation

You will be an analytical with a careful, accurate and thorough approach and a knowledge of regulatory compliance processes and procedures. A knowledge and awareness of egaming and its regulatory landscape is desirable though not essential, as training will be provided. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Experience of working within a compliance or audit environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with evidence of working with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrable experience of regulatory reporting and monitoring processes
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and manage workloads in accordance with strict timelines
  • Good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving
