If you have strong project management experience within an IT Services background then this role will be ideal. Someone with experience leading a team, and ensuring each project is completed on time within the client's budget required will really thrive in this position. My client is a Managed Service Provider that are looking to go through a big growth spell so it is a great time to come aboard.

The role

• Responsible for developing and managing technology projects for customers by managing the cost, time, and scope constraints. The primary duties include creating and maintaining a project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, resource allocation, and financial status.
• Ownership of the project management functions for delivery and service elements of the sales process.
• Understand overall project objectives, as well as the role and function of each project team member.
• Ensure the project objectives and requirements are clear and agreed upon by all team members.
• Coordinate delivery and implementation of projects that meet quality assurance standards.
• Project design and development tasks.
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion with budgetary requirements.
• Drive problem investigation and resolution as required.
• Ensuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to production.
• Design and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports customer needs.
• Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.
• Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchases.
• Ensure consistency of existing systems by enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
• Analyse and improve upon technology standards to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market.

The ideal applicant will have ConnectWise experience and feel comfortable troubleshooting queries up to a 3rd line level.
