Senior Performance QA Engineer
Horsham, West Sussex - Flexible working from home
Performance QA Engineer needed for a leading financial services organisation based in Horsham, offering flexible remote working, who are looking to employ an experienced Senior Lead Performance QA Engineer to manage and deliver end to end performance testing with an in-depth knowledge of Performance testing, writing performance tests and scripts using JMeter, and some experience with JavaScript & Typescript

Some of the main duties of the Senior Lead Performance QA Engineer will include:
* Responsible for line managing performance and security QA engineers
* Manage and deliver end to end performance testing activities
* Determining scripting and undertaking performance testing (Load, Stress and Soak) against a suite of web applications
* Establish Non Functional Testing strategy and approach for the company
In order to be the successful Performance QA Engineer and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* Proven experience of performance testing multiple enterprise-level software solutions based on Client-Server or web services-based architecture
* Strong experience of writing performance tests and scripts using JMeter
* Exposure to a wide range of other performance test tools & techniques, ideally including K6 & Grafana
* Some experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
* Writing Performance Test strategies / plans to granular detail
