Senior M&E Commercial Manager
£70,000 to £85,000 + car & package
I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior M&E Commercial Manager to join a top tier main contractor as they start construction on the largest ever data centre to be built on UK soil. The £250m+ project includes construction of two large buildings, emergency back up power units, construction of a sub-station, internal climate control systems, lighting and a complex security package. As the Senior M&E Commercial Manager, you'll be tasked with overseeing the full commercial delivery of electrical and mechanical elements of the project with a combined value of more than £120m. You'll be responsible for the development of a small team of surveyors with your day to day duties to include:
- Acting as the lynch pin for the day to day commercial delivery of the project
- Take responsibility for the key co-ordination of the professional team and works contractors
- Provide clear direction and guidance to the M&E delivery team at all levels
- Act as a mentor to junior staff, providing advice on career progression and support where required

Senior M&E Commercial Managers considering this opportunity will need to have recent experience with M&E packages from the tender and bid process through to final account negotiation.
