I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer - Motorways Communications, on behalf of my client, a leading motorways and communications technology company who are currently focusing on a national critical major project.

Senior Maintenance Engineer - Motorways Communications Requirements:
- Planned and Reactive Maintenance
- Lead/ Supervised engineers
- Tracing faults within the network/communications sector
- Supervisory certificate (SSSTS, NHSS8 AO, etc.)
- Knowledge of motorways communications
- Full UK driving licence
Senior Maintenance Engineer - Motorways Communications Desirable:
- Sector 8 (highly desirable)
- Motorways England project experience
Senior Maintenance Engineer - Motorways Communications Duties:
- Supervise 6-10 engineers keeping to a high level of service while delivering projects.
- Maintain and repair fibre network equipment on the motorway
- Planned and reactive maintenance - planning schedules for engineers
- Ensure engineers are fully equipped and qualifications / training are up to date
- To build, maintain and develop relationships with high-profile clients, stakeholders, third parties and the team.
- Report/monitor on progression and any issues that occur.
- Be able to supervise sub-contractors on site.
- Complete all documentation and reports.
- Identify trends and carry out root cause analysis of consistent failures/problems with equipment.
