An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join a busy leading main contractor in Manchester. The Senior Planning Engineer will join a major name in the UK construction, an award winning company that boast a strong order book.
The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing site based planning activities on one or two projects based in Central Manchester. The projects are typically valued between £20-100m and cover a broad range of build sectors. They will join an experienced team and will help with the development of the junior planners.
Candidate
- Demonstrate a track record of site based construction planning.
- Experience delivering construction projects over £30m.
- Proficient user of Asta Powerproject planning software
- Strong understanding of construction process and techniques.
- Must have first class communication skills.
- Team player
- Derived from a main contractor.
