An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Manager to join a leading name in the construction industry on a recently won project based in Stratford, East London. They will join a dynamic organization, a highly regarded international construction consultancy who are renowned for their expertise in delivering major complex schemes.
The Senior Planning Manager will be site based and be involved on a major redevelopment in Stratford, an exciting multi-billion mixed use project comprising of multiple residential blocks, university, sports centre, commercial offices and retail space. The Senior Planning Manager will work with the main contractors in the delivery of the scheme, they will oversee and undertake planning evaluation, tasks and activities, monitor reporting schedules and plans and their accuracy to inform decision making, ensuring compliance with applicable regional standards and procedures.
The Senior Planning Manager will have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, they will have strong site based project delivery experience and be proficient in the use of one of the planning software packages, either Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6.
