£80,000 to £85,000 + package (8 Month FTC)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join this leading main contractor on a £600m mixed use residential development in Manchester. The contractor is looking for someone to be based in London, travelling to the project in Manchester 1-2 times a month. This is an 8 Month Fixed Term Contract with opportunity to extend.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be tasked with undertaking:
- Monthly CVR's
- Contract valuations
- Payment approvals
- Liaising with the client on a regular basis
Senior Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have extensive experience working on large new build construction projects, excellent communication skills and confident when working closely with the client and consultant teams. You'll also need to be happy to travel to Manchester one to two times a month.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor can expect a role that includes exposure to a major project, autonomy and a competitive pro-rata salary that includes:
- Starting salary of £80,000 to £85,000 p/a
