Senior Quantity Surveyor


Senior Quantity Surveyor required to work for a leading Civils & Infrastructure Consultancy based in Manchester.

Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Life cycle costing
  • Preparation of Contract Documentation
  • Validation of Estimates/Budgets
  • Risk Value management
  • BIM
  • Cost reporting and Cost control
  • Preparing Contract and Tender documents
  • Advising on Procurement strategy
  • Cost analysis for various project work

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will require:

  • Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
  • MRICS chartered
  • Previous Senior QS experience
  • Residential and Commercial background
