We are working with a leading main contractor and they have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business in the West Midlands. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining their specialist ground engineering business, working on a variety of exciting projects including a major stretch of HS2.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to a variety of projects including construction of large diaphragm walls, concrete structures, piled bridges and viaducts and much more. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working closely with the Commercial Manager and supporting him across the project as well as assisting the junior members of the team with their own development across the project.
Senior Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must have experience that includes:
- At least 4 years of civil engineering or infrastructure experience
- A track record of working for a leading main contractor
- Good NEC knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
