An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor with utilities or telecoms experience to join a leading main contractor at their offices in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience on a fast paced framework where you'll be working alongside a professional team with no limits on where you can take your career.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a secured framework that runs for nearly 3 years and includes the roll out of a major telecommunication network. As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working closely with the Commercial Leadership team and supporting other surveyors in your team with the day to day commercial management of the contract and the development of their own careers.
Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have:
- Main contracting experience
- Experience within telecommunications, utilities, highways maintenance or other similar low value/high volume contracts
- Some NEC contract knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
