I have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist consultancy in London who provide clients with professional services covering expert witness, tribunal services & construction consulting advice to iconic, complex and high profile construction & infrastructure projects across the UK & Europe. They have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business in London and in return, they'll provide you with a fantastic platform to pursue a career in construction claims & dispute management.

The Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an experienced team of surveyors and consultants working on projects across the construction & civil engineering sectors with clients including top tier main contractors and consultants. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Undertaking forensic analysis
  • Supporting colleagues (experts in Quantum) on international arbitration & litigation
  • Providing post contract advice & guidance to clients
  • Preparing and analysing final accounts

  • Post contract experience on construction projects valued >£15m
  • Recent UK experience
  • A client facing approach with strong communication skills
  • A willingness to pursue a career in construction claims & dispute management
