Senior Quantum Consultant (AD Level)

£80,000 to £110,000 + Package
I'm working with an established construction claims & dispute resolution consultancy in Central London and they're looking for an experienced Senior Quantum Consultant at Associate Director level with experience in Quantum Analysis to join their team in the City of London. This opportunity would be well suited to a Quantity Surveyor with like for like experience but looking for better career development prospects or feeling undervalued with their current employers.
As a Senior Quantum Consultant, you'll be working closely with the senior management team and tasked with developing a small team of consultants providing a variety of post contract services, typically to large main contractors on building & infrastructure projects across the UK. Some of your main duties will include:
- Preparation of documents
- Acting as the clients representatives in adjudications
- Working as an adjudicator, expert witness or mediator
- Liaising with solicitors, counsel or other experts within the industry
- Assisting with the development of other consultants within the team
- Contract negotiation
- Business development

Senior Quantum Consultants considering this opportunity will need to come from a construction claims/dispute background with extensive experience of working in the UK. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills and a degree, masters or similar in a construction related field.
