Senior Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major name in the UK construction industry on a prestigious project based in Peterborough.

The Senior Site Manager will join a major name in main contracting on an exciting project and will be responsible for managing the site team and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

Duties

• Managing the site team and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time and within budget
• Ensuring that all subcontractors are working to the required standards and that all works are coordinated
• Liaising with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that all works are completed to their satisfaction
• Managing the quality control process and ensuring that all works meet the required standards
• Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and that all staff and subcontractors are working safely.

Candidate

• Experience of managing large projects within the construction industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Offer

• Starting salary of £55-70,000 per annum
