The Human Factors team forms a critical link in the organisations capability to offer end to end innovation, proof of concept, prototyping and later stage development/product lifecycle services. They work with a varied range of clients in industries such as life sciences, FMCG, consumer electronics and more industry verticals, the Human Factors team supports clients across their product development activities. If you like to be involved from the beginning of a products life this is the place for you !
This is a great opportunity to take the lead on exciting Human Factor projects, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to drive forward success.
You will have the pleasure and benefit of being surrounded by experts in industrial design, engineering, software, analytics and electronics that provide a full 360 service to your client base. This client believes passionately about human-led design and using the insights gleamed from Human Factors studies to inform the development of impactful products for human health.
We are looking for an experienced Human Factors specialist that has a background in product development within regulated industry. This is a great opportunity to join at a senior technical level and help deliver multi-stage projects.
You should blend the qualities of being a Human Factors subject matter expert, project management and have strong client facing skills. This role allows you to be both hands-on technical and project delivery focused equally.
This would be a great fit for someone already working in a consultancy environment who is perhaps looking for their next step up the seniority ladder and is keen to work for a larger organisation that will offer them exposure to larger, more strategic client project work.
We would also be interested in candidates that have direct experience in human factors and project development from within the medical device or Digital Transformation industry who feel consultancy is the next career move for them.
