Service Desk Administrator

I am currently looking for experienced Service Desk Administrator on behalf of my client, a leading highways infrastructure consultancy and contractor.

If you are a Service Desk Administrator and you have the following experience, i'd love to hear from you:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Happy and confident on the phone
  • Admin / data entry experience


Your role as Service Desk Administrator is to provide excellent customer service to customers, following up actions, providing regular customer updates and ensuring you fulfil promises made;

  • Ensure telephone calls and emails are answered quickly and efficiently
  • Provide support to customers
  • Liaise with engineers, ensuring emergencies / faults reported on the highways technology ( traffic signals, cctv etc.) are logged
  • Schedule repairs to engineers
  • Accurately log incidents and update on the system
  • Report any accidents / incidents


This Service Desk Administrator contract is starting ASAP and is for 3 months +
Looking to get started ASAP!!

You will be working as part of a shift pattern and required to work a mix of days and nights, as below;

4 days on (days), 4 days off, 4 days (nights), 4 days off and so forth - this includes weekends

Days - 7am-7pm Hourly rate + £25 per day shift allowance
Nights - 7pm - 7am Hourly rate + £43 per day shift allowance
If you are required for overtime, it is paid at 1.5
