Service Desk Team Lead
Slough, Berkshire

Service Desk Team Lead needed for an initial 12 month contract, to work for a multinational organisation based in Slough who are looking to employ an experienced Service Desk Team Lead to lead the Service Desk function.

Some of the main duties of the Service Desk Team Lead will include:

* Incident and request management
* Managing changes on the desktop environment
* Setting workloads and priorities for Service Desk analysts
* Develop, manage, measure and report on key service-level metrics (KPI/SLA)

What you need to be the successful Service Desk team lead:

* Attention to detail
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* Interpersonal skills
* Problem analysis
* Problem‐solving
* Planning and organizing
* Customer service orientation
* Knowledge of IT service desk tools and best practices
* Knowledge/experience of Office suite products
* Knowledge of Active Directory
* Support experience within a Windows infrastructure environment
* Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management)
