Job Title: Site Foreman
Location: Horsham, Sussex
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 + package

We are seeking a skilled Site Foreman to join a busy residential developer on a large project in Horsham. The Site Foreman will be the number one person on site, taking responsibility for the day to day delivery of a large refurbishment that includes the conversion of a town centre site into 9 apartments.

The Site Foreman will have a strong background in construction project management and a proven track record of successfully leading teams on refurbishment projects for a main contractor. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including coordinating and supervising subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Site Foreman considering this opportunity must have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Foreman or similar role on residential construction projects in the UK
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• A thorough understanding of construction processes and best practices
• SSSTS Card
• Candidates that have completed or working towards a Health & Safety Qualifications will be at an advantage
