Site Foreman needed for an award-winning design and build specialist who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Site Foreman.
The successful candidate would have relevant experience on new build sites within a commercial/public setting and experience working on a site circa £10million.
The Role
As a Site Foreman, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensure accurate recording of site information
- Supervision of staff and sub-contractors
- Responsible for health and safety on site
- Liaise with managers and contractors to resolve operational problems
- Responsible for being the point of contact between workers and Site Manager/Project Manager
- Oversee the quality of work onsite
Requirements
- Experience on new-build development within a commercial/public setting
- Previously worked on projects of a value around £10million
- Excellent time keeping and ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
- Experienced in working on projects from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
