Site Manager needed for an award-winning design and build specialist who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Site Manager who will assist by ensuring high standards are met in a diligent and safe measure.
This exciting and diverse project is planned to run for a just over a year, the organisation covers a wide variety of projects across the hospitality and leisure industry.
The successful candidate would have relevant experience on new build sites within a commercial/public setting and experience working on a site circa £10million.
The Role
As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- To implement Health and Safety measures to include all stakeholder requirements and interfaces.
- Provide leadership and guidance to members of the team on the project.
- Carry out site progress meetings to ensure the effective and efficient organisation of labour etc
- Input into site logistics, plan, manage and monitor
- Maintain accurate site record, daily diaries and weekly progress reports.
- Undertake quality inspections and record these
- Acting as the point of contact for any site incidents
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion including defects liability periods
Requirements
- Experience on new-build development within a commercial/public setting
- Previously worked on projects of a value around £10million
- Construction related degree or similar
- CSCS card/SMSTS/Health and Safety trained
