Software Support Team Leader
Required experience of MOSAIQ or MONACO
Role:
My clients Care Support are looking for a flexible, technically experienced and responsible professional to join our team in Crawley as our new software support Team Leader.
My clients Care Support offers an international, fast-paced and exciting work environment, delivering professional customer support for our innovative software and hardware solutions in the field of precision radiation medicine.
The software support team leader will be primarily responsible for coaching and developing a team of highly specialized support specialists working with our Oncology Informatics and Treatment Planning product ranges in regions REU and TIMEA.
The key activities of the role consist of recruiting, developing, mentoring, managing and utilizing support resources effectively while continuing to review and minimize support costs.
In addition to this a keen technical understanding of client-server environments, SQL databases and networking will be required to teach and mentor new support staff.
Cross-organizational collaboration is vital to ensure my client work as a team to share experiences as well as resources to develop and drive new solutions to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support.
Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies:
- Team player and excellent communicator
- Minimum of 3 years' team leadership experience
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Knowledge of MOSAIQ or MONACO
- Clear understanding on customer needs and how my client could satisfy those needs
- Strong skills in the use and development of service systems and processes
- Ability to speak European languages in addition to English is desirable but not essential
- Formal technical qualification
- Proven experience in the service/support environment
- Ability and desire to promote my clients professional image
- Ability to travel at short notice
