Investor developer located in Central NYC are exploring the talent pool market for a Analyst who possesses strong modelling capabilities, good presentation skills, and has a team player mentality.
Specifically targeting those who currently live in NYC/NJ area, preferably from the investor side or alternatively banking side, most important is that you must have experience of working in a transactional role and within the real estate space.
You will be educated to a high standard with a relevant Bachelors and probably Masters, be a talented user of tools such as MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
The role will see you sitting alongside a team of like-minded individuals who are actively deploying equity across a range of deals and co investment strategies. Deals are sector agnostic including hotels and hospitality, offices, luxury residential, through to more niche asset classes such as data centres and life science.
