Our client is seeking an enthusiastic self-­driven individual to join their busy team in a 1st Line Technical Support Role. Whilst they are not looking for a lot of experience the individual must be a fast learner and someone who enjoys troubleshooting and fixing IT problems with some technical background and skills. They must also be well organised and have good communication skills as this is vital in this role. Knowledge of Office 365 is desired but not essential. On-­going training and education is provided to keep staff skills up to date. A clean full driving license is essential.
