Brief

Street Lighting Electrician needed for a well-known infrastructure services organisation, based in Bromley, who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Street Lighting Electrician that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of coordinating street lighting operations and holds a Class 2 HGV license.

The successful candidate would need to hold the following qualifications - ECS, G39, IPAF, NRSWA Units 1 to 9 qualification etc as well as having a keen interest in Street lighting.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Street Lighting Electrician will include:

• Working within health and safety plans, method statements and risk assessments.
• Working with awareness of incident reporting, SWMP and environmental plans provided.
• Interpreting scaled drawings of basic electrical installations and detailed drawings of underground cabling.
• Ensuring that all site works are executed in a time and cost-efficient manner whilst ensuring regular liaison with the supervisor.
• Maintaining plant, vehicle and materials record sheets to support the works programme as well as ensuring that all plant is fit for purpose and maintained to required standards.

• ECS

• Manual Handling
• Abrasive Wheel
• First Aid
