I am currently looking for multiple Support Analysts to join my client based in London & Newcastle.

What are we looking for in our next Support Analyst?


  • ITIL Experience & Certification
  • Application support within one of the following environments - MS SQL/Windows, XML, PYTHON or Powershell
  • 1st/2nd Line Support within a Windows based environment
  • Outside the box thinking
  • Bachelor's degree within a STEM discipline
  • Excellent organisational & Interpersonal skills


  • Experience within several of the following - Oracle, .NET, Firewalls, Internet Security, HTML, JAVA, IIS Server
  • Financial sector experience
  • An understanding of transaction processing systems, point of sale & ATMs
