Job Title: Support Hub Administrator
Context of Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Support Hub Administrator to provide administrative support to the Anglian Water contracts as part of the Support Hub.
Our company is a multi-faceted Construction Group with skills in Civil Engineering Contracting, Rail Infrastructure, Multi Utilities Service Provision and Building.
Accountability of Support Hub Administrator:
* The post holder will be responsible to the Support Hub Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of Support Hub Administrator:
* Maintaining holiday & sickness records for all contracts
* Maintain & control Asset register for all contracts
* Ordering & tracking of all IT equipment
* Requesting ID cards & maintaining records
* Logging & tracking expenses requests
* Riskmaster compliance for drivers
* Collation of van packs
* Providing support with Materials procurement process
* Answer telephone calls and handle queries that arise
* Keep a comprehensive filing systems up to date
* Submit regular returns to Head Office & liaise with colleagues as necessary
* Assist department heads with the day to day running of the contract.

* Excellent communication skills
* Able to prioritise workload accordingly
* Able to work well as part of team as well as on own initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience of working in an administrative role
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* Holder of relevant vocational qualification
