Talent Acquisition Manager

Talent Acquisition Manager needed for a highly reputable digital publishing video platform based in the London area who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Talent Acquisition Manager that takes pride in their work and has demonstrable experience in a talent acquisition role within an in-house function- ideally in AdTech but we are open to other industries as well), experience proactively sourcing hard to fill, niche roles and ideally have supported the hiring of technology related positions.
Some of the main duties of the Talent Acquisition Manager will include:
- Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to provide a great candidate experience, including sourcing, shortlisting and conducting first round interviews; evaluating candidates and providing feedback; through to offer negotiation and on-boarding
- Partner with hiring leaders to define headcount needs, role requirements and interview processes. Hold hiring leaders accountable to hiring best practices.
- Proactively sourcing and building talent pipelines using networking tools such as LinkedIn and Xing
- Helping to raise awareness of Unruly, acting a brand ambassador and always looking for new ways to showcase us as an employer of choice
- Support People's strategic initiatives such as employer branding and diversity & inclusion.
- Using data and MI to inform process improvements along with other members of the Talent Team
- Help roll out policies and procedures regarding scaling our hiring processes; this can include but isn't limited to internal mobility, interview training etc.
What experience you need to be the successful Talent Acquisition Manager:
- Demonstrable experience in a talent acquisition role within an in-house function- ideally in AdTech but we are open to other industries as well
- Experience proactively sourcing hard to fill, niche roles
- Evidence that you have supported the hiring of technology related positions
- Experience of 'value-add' projects such employer branding; Diversity and Inclusion, early careers or process improvement
- Familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred but not required.
- International recruitment experience in EMEA and APAC would be a bonus
- A self-driven mindset, able to work effectively and able to adapt to rapidly changing environments
