Tarmac / Surfacing Gang - Machine Lay
Locations: West Midlands, Shropshire, Cheshire
Duration: Ongoing contract, 45 hours a week (Mon - Fri, some weekends)
Pay Range: £12-16 per hour, depending on tickets and skillset + (weekends at overtime rate)

Summary for the Tarmac / Surfacing Gang:
You will be carrying out highways maintenance tasks, including tarmacking, surfacing and pothole / patching repairs of the roads across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Looking for the following skillsets;
- Rake Hands
- Finishers
- Paver Operators
- Screwmen
- Roller Drivers
- Road Planer
Certs required for Tarmac / Surfacing Gang:
- CSCS Minimum (unless you have CPCS)
- CPCS (by Plant / Machine Operators)
- HGV (ideal if you have this)
- NRSWA (preferred)
** MUST HAVE PROVEN SURFACING / TARMACKING EXPERIENCE **
