An experienced Technical Manager is required to play a key role in delivering technical solutions with customers within Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services.
The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Technical Manager?
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating the activities of others and directly leading project/programme delivery;
- Lead customer engagements and delivery of contract objectives to a level that is commensurate with customer expectations;
- Understand the broad and diverse technical domains that their engineering team supports and the implications to the development and sustainment of capability;
- Support and encourage the professional development of both junior and senior staff to create a high performing team
What are we looking for in our next Technical Manager?
- Have experience of delivering technical solutions in one or all of the domains listed below:
- Cyber security
- IT infrastructure
- Cloud based services
- Have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Willing to work on customer sites 3-4 days per week.
- Hold current Developed Vetting to work on secure government contracts.
