Gold Group is a well-established and successful recruitment company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, with a strong team of over 40 recruitment consultants and delivery consultants. Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for Trainee Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Delivery Consultants.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be working in a dynamic team with many years of recruitment experience who will provide continued support with a thorough and ongoing training programme throughout your career
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you should have the following:
- An engaging telephone manner with good conversation skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Financially motivated
- Ambitious
- Able to build relationships
- Have the ability to prioritise and plan your workload
- Ability to adapt to an often demanding and fast paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ideally previous sales experience
