Utilities Administrator needed for an established and respected developer based in London who are looking for someone who has experience liaising with internal and external parties including the Utility Companies, Consultants and other employees.

Some of the main duties will include:

Lead the arrangements for disconnecting services ahead of demolition on new projects

Organise the services for diversions as part of enabling works as the Utilities Administrator

Assist and help project teams with new utility instillations

Help with the setting up of utility contracts and monitor progress across all new projects

Take the lead as the Utilities Administrator in dealing and corresponding with utilities companies on behalf of the company

Build strong working relationships with the utility companies

As the Utilities Administrator you must be able to demonstrate experience of working for a construction company or utilities company doing a similar role. You must have strong communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. The successful Utilities Administrator must also live within a commutable distance from the head office in Hertfordshire.
